# I can’t log in – what should I do?

If you’re having trouble logging in:
1. **Check your email and password**
    * Make sure you’re using the **same email address** you used to sign up.
    * Verify that Caps Lock is off and there are no extra spaces.
2. **Try password reset**
    * Click **“Forgot password?”** on the login screen.
    * Follow the instructions sent to your email.
3. **Check with your admin (Enterprise)**
    * If you normally sign in with SSO (Microsoft, Google, etc.), confirm whether there are any changes to your organizational login or SSO configuration.
4. **Still stuck? Contact us**
    * Reach out through the **support widget** or email your Taiyō support contact with:
        * The email you’re trying to log in with
        * A brief description of what happens (error messages, blank screen, etc.)
        * Screenshot if possible
We’ll investigate and help restore access as quickly as possible.
