I can’t log in – what should I do?
If you’re having trouble logging in:
- Check your email and password
- Make sure you’re using the same email address you used to sign up.
- Verify that Caps Lock is off and there are no extra spaces.
- Try password reset
- Click “Forgot password?” on the login screen.
- Follow the instructions sent to your email.
- Check with your admin (Enterprise)
- If you normally sign in with SSO (Microsoft, Google, etc.), confirm whether there are any changes to your organizational login or SSO configuration.

- Reach out through the support widget or email your Taiyō support contact with:
- The email you’re trying to log in with
- A brief description of what happens (error messages, blank screen, etc.)
- Screenshot if possible
