I can’t log in – what should I do?

If you’re having trouble logging in:

  1. Check your email and password
    • Make sure you’re using the same email address you used to sign up.
    • Verify that Caps Lock is off and there are no extra spaces.
  1. Try password reset
    • Click “Forgot password?” on the login screen.
    • Follow the instructions sent to your email.
  1. Check with your admin (Enterprise)
    • If you normally sign in with SSO (Microsoft, Google, etc.), confirm whether there are any changes to your organizational login or SSO configuration.
  1. Still stuck? Contact us
    • Reach out through the support widget or email your Taiyō support contact with:
      • The email you’re trying to log in with
      • A brief description of what happens (error messages, blank screen, etc.)
      • Screenshot if possible

We’ll investigate and help restore access as quickly as possible.
