📝 The Application Process

  1. Find the Job Description (JD): Our current job openings and their detailed Job Descriptions are primarily published on the following platforms:
    • LinkedIn
    • Coderbyte
    • College TPA
    • Various other Job Listing Portals
  1. Submit Your Application: You must apply through the specific portal where the job is listed.
  2. The Selection Rule (First Come, First Served): Please be aware that our hiring process operates on a first-come, first-served basis with a limited number of candidates being allowed for each position. Once this limit is reached, the position is generally filled from that selected pool.

4-Step Interview Process

The selection process for shortlisted candidates involves four distinct stages:

  1. Assessment: An initial evaluation, often a test or screening, to check foundational knowledge and skills relevant to the role.
  2. Technical Discussion: An in-depth interview focusing on your technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and practical experience.
  3. Second More Detailed Interview: A subsequent interview, often with senior management or HR, to discuss cultural fit, advanced problem-solving, and alignment with company goals.
  4. Final Offer: The last step where compensation, benefits, and the official job offer are extended.
