# How does the free trial work?

When you sign up for Taiyō.AI / ConstructChat for the first time, you may receive a **time-limited free trial** (for example, 14 days):
During the trial:
* You can **test ConstructChat** with a generous but finite number of queries / credits.
* You may have access to a **subset of premium features** (e.g., market scans, certain reports) so you can see the value.
* You can invite limited colleagues, depending on the configuration.
At the end of the trial:
* You can **upgrade to Premium or Enterprise** to retain full access.
* If you don’t upgrade, your account may switch to a **Free** tier with reduced functionality and lower usage limits.
For Enterprise pilots, we may also provide a **special trial workspace** with a broader feature set for a limited time, coordinated with your account team.
